The Tucson Soccer Academy (TSA) is a highly competitive program for serious young soccer players in the U14 - U18 age groups. Its exceptional staff provides superior training for the players selected to its ten teams. TSA aspires to develop players for collegiate, professional, and national levels of play and to develop responsible, positive citizens as well. TSA is also committed to improving soccer throughout Southern Arizona with its Community Outreach Program, which includes FREE player clinics, coaching clinics, college seminars, and dissemination of coaching manuals. Tryouts are held annually in May and are open to anyone. Current or former TSA players are required to tryout each year, and all interested players must attend a tryout in order to be selected.

Once selected, TSA players can expect the following:
	A highly qualified head coach with the minimum of a USSF "C" License.
	A qualified assistant coach with extensive playing and/or coaching experience.
	A superior training environment with intense, competitive practices geared towards preparing players for collegiate play and beyond.
	Goalkeeper training with qualified goal-keeping instructors in addition to the regular team training sessions.
	Participation in regional and national level tournaments.
	Increased exposure to ODP, college, and national staff coaches.
	Emphasis on academics and discipline.
	Two complete uniforms and practice gear.
	College counseling and resumes.
	An opportunity to work with the community through community service and participation in clinics for younger players.
