- CLUB PHILOSOPHY -

On one level, the goal of the Academy is to develop players for collegiate, professional, and national levels of play. This is accomplished with qualified coaches working with talented and motivated players in highly competitive training atmospheres. The ultimate goal of the Academy is to produce a senior National Team player by the year 2010. By setting our sights and standards higher, we will naturally be producing more players who are able to handle the demands of high-level play. The Tucson Soccer Academy's second goal is to develop responsible, positive citizens off of the field. The Academy will work to instill discipline, commitment, and accountability in all its members. This is accomplished by providing respectable, mature coaches, requiring a minimum grade point average in school from all its players, and requiring coaches and players to sign a code of conduct contract. Ultimately, we are looking to develop young people who will have a positive impact on their community.
