94 Select hits the beach!
The 94 Select Girls started out their season schedule by hitting the beach at the Hotspurs Tournament in San Diego over the Labor Day weekend. These were the first official games for the 08/09 season, and the team came out of the tournament with a 1-1-1 record. The teams only loss was to the U16 Gold Coast Xtreme team from California. In the other two games, the team recorded shutouts.
Season starts with TSA Camp in Flagstaff
The 94 Select Girls were part of twenty seven girls who recently attended summer camp at NAU coached by soccer authority Graham Ramsay. The 5 day event was organized by the TSA 94G Select team and included players from the 94G Red, 95G Red and 95G Blue teams.
