The boys went 3-1 in the tournament, winning the Championship in convincing fashion. 98 Red beat Downtown LVSC 98 Gold 2-0 on goals by Chris Cooper and Jacob Zepp. Next they took down Santos FC 8-0 on goals by Brian Simpson, Hunter Myrdal, Gio Ahumada, Jacob Zepp (2) and a hat trick by Chris Cooper. Sunday morning matched them up against FC Las Vegas 98 Mundial Milan. Anthony Negrete scored early, but GK Jason Zismann gave up his first two goals in eight games on their way to a 2-1 loss. After a bit of confusion on game times, the two teams replayed for the Championship and 98 Red dominated Milan, powering to a 5-0 score on goals by Chris Cooper, Jacob Zepp (2), Skylar Decker and Gio Ahumada.
